 16 September 2010 - eMailer Version 2 enters testing
The second version of the eMailer marketing tool has now entered its final stage of testing before being released to several practices. This new version of the eMailer integrates even further with a client's existing CRM datbase, allowing professional marketing emails to be designed, targeted, scheduled and sent.
3 September 2010 - Outlook Events plugin installed successfully
Working in partnership with a Sheffield-based practice, we have developed a plugin for Microsoft Outlook which integrates its Appointments feature with the Contact Events feature in Practice Engine. The plugin has now been successfully installed and is being put to use improving efficiency across the practice.
31 August 2010 - PPAutomation brings Reporting Services to practice
As part of our on-going consultancy work at a partner practice we have installed Microsoft's Reporting Services on their network, allowing our client to analyse in detail their performance and make full use of their CRM information. We will also be providing key staff training so that the practice can maximise their Return on Investment.
18 July 2010 - Design of new eFiler version finalised
A final design has been produced for the new version of our eFiler document management system, following several months of consultation and gathering feedback from existing users. The required improvements have been incorporated into a blueprint for a transformed system, and the new developments will see the eFiler become a central pillar of daily business for our partner practices.
22 June 2010 - New Software Analyst recruited
Tom Rex has joined our team as a Software Analyst, working to accelerate development on our current software partnerships and to provide professional support documentation for existing products. Among Tom's main tasks will be to direct development of the new version of the eFiler, which should be completed by October 2010.
