Our Software

We are not a traditional software house. Our software is largely modules built for particular clients which can then be made available for others. This can be as simple as a report in SQL built to extract information from your management system and present it in a particular way to suit your business. At the other extreme we built an online accounting system.
In 2007 we made the policy decision to shift our development into SharePoint and since then our stand alone software solutions have either been built in SharePoint – or have the option to be presented in SharePoint.

SharePoint Portal
We have a range of clients for whom we provide SharePoint solutions. This can be a complete Portal which you buy in with our look and feel or simply WebParts that you plug into any system. New WebParts are released as they are developed - largely for specific clients.

Interlinkt - our integration Database
To make the most of a portal solution for your practice you need to have a way to integrate SharePoint with your other software. Our integration database is quickly becoming the standard with the accounting profession. Interlinkt is licenced free to our customers. Over time we intend to market Interlinkt as a comprehensive Web Portal

e-filer
An email filing tool that stores emails within a SharePoint database linked to Practice Engine or other practice management software. Due for release late 2009

e-ccounting
We built the online accounting software known as WebsterAccounts. We can provide a white label version of this product for other firms in the UK and South Africa. The software went live in 2002 and has since been re-written to be fully xml compliant. The software will also be utlised in certain key integrations with accounting systems.

e-nform
A tool within our Portal that allows you to gather information from your clients using web based forms. Beta test in first practice April 2009. Due for release late summer 2009
