The only recognition some technical people will ever get

Geek of the Week winners

We hope to be able to allow Technical staff working in the accounting profession to gain some recognition - if only with their peers in other firms - although it would be nice if Managing Partners took a look from time to time.

If you want to nominate someone then please email andrew@ppautomation.com.

Although it is called Geek of the Week - we will not actually make awards each week. Good practice should be recognised for more than just a week - but the alliteration was too powerful. So don't be surprised that the updating is sporadic - and your contribution is recognised for a longer time.

We will often have special mentions for people or firms who do great work with us even if there contribution is not specifically technical.

For his outstanding work to get the beta version of Interlinkt version 2.0 installed in our first client - Keiron Trott.

Software Development Partnerships

Sometimes the Management insist on a mention. So our first honourable mention is for our own Andrew Webster - for showing the technical people how to implement personalised icons in a web browser rather than the usual IE icon.

We may also give an award for great report writing to firms that are happy to be mentioned.

And not least an award for the person outside the firm who has made the biggest contribution towards making business partnerships work.
